its raining and i need to harvest!?

how should i do this? there is a bit of mould involved too.
should i wait til its dry out(could be a while) or go for it regardless?
i know nothing about the possible dangers of harvesting a wet crop.
im greatfull for any info, wana sort this out asap.

Ok. If you feel its time to harvest and cannot wait, cut them down. Remove the buds from the stems. All of them. You should only have a pile of wet nugs. Remove the extra water off of them as best you can in a bag with some paper towels in it.

Take the buds and put them in a tub and cover them with a piece of thin cloth. Have a fan blow on the tub and 2x a day, toss the buds like a salad. In a week, they should be dry enough to cure. If not, give them another day. The 3 things that mold likes is cool temperatures, moisture, and darkness. Remove one of them, and the mold goes away.

I hope that works for you as it did me. Also, its gonna stink like weed as you dry it. Its a good stink, but it can get VERY strong.

Go ahead and harvest, before the mold spreads.

1. Remove the moldy parts and toss it

2. Hang to dry as you normally would, and keep a fan circulating the air, until the excess water has evaporated. Then continue slow drying
