Hi, My name is Chin Song, I am the founder of Golden Gates Greenest (G3) we welcome everyone to check out our site. My team of 4 all work for a major Dispensary in San Francisco and are branching out on our own to help out Veterans receive free cannabis.

I would love to hear some conversation on what you think about our concept on how to sell cannabis.

how we're different:

1: we will sell in gram increments giving the customer greater choice in their purchase quantity
2: We don't sell by the THC percentage, We sell according to an averaged score based on human testing for potency and Indica/Sativa qualities.
3: We are accepting crypto currency which can easily be converted into other investment opportunities allowing us for greater profits per pound sold vs any other dispensary + allow us to decrease our prices over time.
4: We will donate 1 gram of cannabis to a veteran in need for every 4 grams donated for. (We're veterans ourselves)

Our concept is simple, just like apple we want to make things easier for the average consumer who may not be as interested or have no knowledge in strains to be confident they are getting something of very high quality.

We welcome everyone's responses, we're not open yet but expect us soon.

Your comparison to Apple scares me. But here are my thoughts on your bullet points.

1. "we will sell in gram increments giving the customer greater choice in their purchase quantity"

Every dispensary that I have been to or heard of sells in 1 gram increments. What makes your model any different?

2. "We don't sell by the THC percentage, We sell according to an averaged score based on human testing for potency and Indica/Sativa qualities."

This I don't understand. Why bypass testing of the product that you sell? You have no idea if it contains mold or contaminants which would be counter productive to those that are stricken with auto immune deficiencies possibly making their conditions progress. While I know that not all dispensaries are testing it is a way to "step up" your game in the medical arena and with legalization looming that could be one of the differences between medical and recreational dispensaries. I assume that you are gunning for medical since you stated you were donating to vets. Potency is one thing....healing properties are another. Are you advertising that your medicine will get people high but not help with their ailments? And lastly how can you state "Our concept is simple, just like apple we want to make things easier for the average consumer who may not be as interested or have no knowledge in strains to be confident they are getting something of very high quality." if you do not test your product. This alone makes me not trust in you.

3. We are accepting crypto currency which can easily be converted into other investment opportunities allowing us for greater profits per pound sold vs any other dispensary + allow us to decrease our prices over time.

Market fluctuations in regards to cryptocurrency is what I think will kill your model. Alot of people out there just don't know enough about it or how to use it. There is also no way to combat fraud as of yet with it. This (in my eyes) directly contradicts your statement "Our concept is simple, just like apple we want to make things easier for the average consumer" Unless that statement only relates to the knowledge of cannabis. Also a greater profit per pound as you stated should be passed on as a savings to your patients resulting in lower prices or put into veteran charities. Just a thought. :)

4. We will donate 1 gram of cannabis to a veteran in need for every 4 grams donated for. (We're veterans ourselves)

I have zero problems with this. Vets deserve everything they can get as some gave everything to give us what we have now and to protect our way of living. Thank you to your team for your service and I hope that you guys are successful in this endeavor!
