Hard to tell without being close up, but there's another grower in here who's doing QS and that shit flowers fast. Ready to harvest in less than 55 days.
FINALLY!!! I have been searching over the internet for the last 3 weeks and just saw a dispensary post on pictagram saying they finally found out the true genetics of Quicksand Kush. Its ( Chemdawg x Sweettooth) x ( Blackberry Kush x Sweettooth). There first harvest tested 26%thc.....This one is staying in the garden for awhile lol

So i took some pics the best I could of the quicksand trichs at day 43. Apologize if its hard to see. Thete are definetly some Amber heads on the top buds trichs. They seem to be goimg through there last spurt of thickness because there starting to put on some really good girth View attachment 4011145 View attachment 4011147 View attachment 4011149 View attachment 4011150 View attachment 4011152 View attachment 4011153 View attachment 4011155 View attachment 4011156 View attachment 4011158
Those look fat and stacked but thrics look clear still!

Excellent job, the plant looked ready to harvest with plenty of snow on the buds. A little word of advice for future harvests - you may want to trim a few more of the bud leaves to give you a smoother smoke, but overall, very impressive.:clap:bongsmilie:bigjoint:

I completely agree!!! Being my first trim I didn't want to take to much off. I've trimmed all my outdoor alot closer to the bud. I have some og ghost train haze getting harvested in a few weeks!! Excited for that one! She's sooo white

Not too shabby at all my friend! Update on the smoke! See you next grow!
I think I could of let it finish a little longer... Great high. But kimda un stable if that makes sense. Like i go from couch lock feeling to alot of a sudden really euphoric, then kinda uppity buzz. It's interesting to say the least . But definetly one hitter stuff. For being a daily smoker i get a noticeable head change from one puff. Passes my standards haha

Nitpicking.... You trimmed by hand obviously and it wasn't bad. It's not like you had dead fan leaves crinkled to the bud....

If you make bubblehash from the sugarleaves, you can't take to much off :)

You use micron particle bags to remove the sugar from the leaves , you tube has lots vids
You get what you pay for when it comes to bags, if you want the best check out bolt , if u want a starter kit , look at wacky

Thanks man! Excited to grow more strains and get even more experience ! . Crazy how much you learn through a single harvest. And I don't stress as much whwn im at work not knowing what i could be coming home to lol
So I've got an OG Ghost train haze #1 in its 10 week of flowering. Looks like it's gonna be a 12 weeker. I don't think I will grow this strain again due to its long length of flowering and the way it grows. It's branches or soooo flimsy. Everyone of them. None of the plant would be standing if I didmt have bamboo stakes. What's realllly strange about this pheno specifically is....there is almost zero stalk....like there's maybe 2 inches of stalk that comes up out of the soil. And then it starts branching out in every direction. So instead of having a stalk that would travel straight up and have all the branches growing off the sides. All the branches begun only 2 inches from top of soil and some or the branches are nearly 3 ft long. It would look similar to LST the branches straight out cloning. It's freaking stramge. Ever hear of anything like that with different strains ?

My amnesia haze does the same thing. I topped it at the 6th node, which might have been to soon. After the topping it just grew sideways. When I switched to 12/12 It starting growing up and quadrupled in height. One of the lower branches is actually partially covered by soil.

Sativa dominants! I would definitely read up on scrog for strains like this. They take longer and are a pain but the results are udall good. And that girl looks stacked!

Dude....she just hit week 10 today. Calyxes are starting to swell and good lord these buds are getting huge. Branches are struggling to hole them right side up even with bamboo stakes. I tried scrogging twice and each time I keep getting powdery mildew. Even with RH at 40% . Temps 75-80. And 4 clip fans circulating air . It's frustrating . I'm assuming since there clones , the original phenos probably had PM. I ordered some blueberry seeds to see if i have better let scrogging from seed. I've tried using diluted milk as pm treatment but only effective to a certain extent
