Keep plants small trick

Three weeks total of veg (cloning + veg) in small 3-4" pots. Then the first week of flowering is done in the same pots and lighting, blue dominant (daylight 14W LED bulbs). Then when moved to large pots and brighter light of 2700k they stay just a nice size instead of getting too high. Simple trick, great results. They actually looked very different from with the usual transplant then flower routine. Stocky and more Indica looking. You might think transplanting during flowering would shock the plant or something but I didn't see any negative effects. I pruned the tips of the roots off when transplanting too, to promote root branching.

Train them low and supercrop, top like a mother. Sample of my Dinafem OG Kush day 40 12/12 plant is 2ft wide X 2ft high and all bud.

Nice plant indeed. Dinafem OG doesn't stretch much anyway, from reviews I've read. Is there a grow journal or anything for that? I'd like to see how it turns out.

BTW, my 3 weeks total veg thing proved inadequate. I'm going with 4 or 5 now, with more pruning. I want to get nice thick stems on them before flowering. I find that plants with small stems when starting flowering never really get that big.
