"In Brooke's case, the family tried a number of traditional pharmaceuticals on the market such as Onfi, Depakote and Keppra. None seemed to stop the seizures, according to Sullivan, but cannabis oil seemed to work."

Just like countless other cases where the legal and "legitimate" billion-dollar pharmaceuticals FAIL but cannabis does the job!

Some of the first legal MMJ court cases involved glaucoma patients back in the '80s. I had a neighbor who had glaucoma and took prescribed meds for it in that era and he told me that the legal glaucoma drugs were just fucking awful with side effects including temporary blindness and splitting headaches. I mean, God forbid you should smoke a joint and get relief without all that punishment! /s

I'm glad for the family and the kid, too bad everyone's not on the same page yet. I have two nephews that always have seizures that live in a different state and have told my bro about the oils but he's to scared because of the laws, I bet if it was legal it be a different story.
