I know people have purchased parts from Jerry @ Kingbrite but this is the first time I have seen complete COBS with drivers etc for sale by them. Prices range from $40 to $70 USD depending on what you want I am pretty sure the min order is 4. I will be heading back to Australia in the next month so I will be sure to purchase a few of these. I was looking at the QB boards but they are always out of stock on HLG site.

Depending on the shipping, $40 for the Vero 29 Gen 7 is pretty nice. 25 for the cob and 15 for the heatsink is $40 already.
Yes that's what got me wondering how they are listed so cheap as just the cob and heat sink come up to about $40 themselves.I couldn't find what size heat sinks they are.

I inquired a little while ago about this option, the prices advertised are NOT real. I inquired on the vero 29 at 40$,
this is the real price breakdown

Bridgelux Vero29 Gen7/3000K/80Ra/38V is available in stock.
The price as below:
Bridgelux Vero29 Gen7 3000K cob: 21.5usd/pcs;
Glass lens KB-HB78-90: 3.0usd/pcs;
Heatsink Φ135*H70mm(for 55-65W): 11.5usd/pcs;
HBG-60-1400: 18.5usd/pcs;
Pothook + Plug + waterproof connector + Screws: 4.0usd/set;
In addition, you need to buy thermal paste, molex cable for vero29. ( these are not available for us )

complete kit comes to 58.50$ each so not crazy far off the advertised price but Shipping is killer, I asked about buying 4 of them and shipping to canada was 88 USD, thats almost half the order itself, plus duties etc. in the end with shipping for what your getting at 50w each, they are not that great a deal.

Anyone else see the bent pin in the product photos? I'm sorry, but I'm not buying anything from someone who uses a damaged product as their display model. I mean, that's retail 101...

Isn't KingBrite who REALSTYLES refers to on his parts also?
Yes he duz real styles 11 refers some people to him

King bright is got the shit and its where its a hat but what turned me off to their website was Vicky sales lady I should have spoke with Jerry again and kept it with Jerry only like I was told because when she told me that she wanted $60 for shipping and I live in the US for 5 to 10 chips there's no point of buying from them why not just buy from a ordinary person so if you're buying from them you obviously have to be buying a large amount and you have to be speaking to Jerry directly

Have had my eye on the autocobs.$499 for the autocob vs $699 for the optic 1 4 pack deal.

From the little i know of the cob scene is there that much of a difference in cxb3590 vs Citizen 048 1812 chips?
Im not really up to speed on the best new gear. I built mine 2 years back i attached cxb's to a frame with the optic in the center. It shines bright.

I paid 700 for the 4 x v 29 @2.1mA

Thats cool I like hooking up on off swich with between the potential matter positive to be able to disconnected essentia matter when I want to and be able to get full power of the driver you be so much surprised how much more what you get when you disconnect the potential matter you can even hook it up to a barrel DC connector just to be able to disconnect one of the leads to the potential ometer
