FEDERAL CLASS ACTION LAUNCHED CHALLENGING
HEALTH CANADA’S CHANGES TO THE MEDICAL MARIHUANA LAWS
ON BEHALF OF PATIENTS AND CAREGIVERS
Class Action Suit alleges that the changes to the Medical Marihuana laws taking away the right to personally produce or have a caregiver do so, prohibiting dwelling house and outdoor production and limiting possession to “dried marihuana” only and other restrictions violate the constitutional rights of patients.

VANCOUVER (November 29, 2013) – A proposed national class action suit has been filed in the Federal Court of Canada in Vancouver against the Federal government (Health Canada) seeking various declarations as to the unconstitutionality of the proposed changes to the medical marihuana laws amending the Narcotic Control Regulations, repealing the Medical Marihuana Access Regulations and implementing the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

Canadians spell it with an "h" because in English "j" does not sound like "h". AND! - we also spell other words correctly, like "colour," "centre," "cheque" and "flavor." Ya...we smart up here...lol

Considering the word "Marijuana" is Mexican slang for dirty cigarette, its kinda irrelevant how its spelled in English.

You come up with the coolest things, redi jedi, "dirty cigarette", love that, I smoke dirty cigarettes all day long. I tend to think of dirty in the sexual sense, though I doubt that was the original sentiment. Why not "healthy cigarette" or "clean cigarette" lol. Is marihuana a part of the mexican culture, anybody?

I put up the gov's complaint addies earlier in a post.... I'm afraid I don't trust any sites with a gc.ca to keep my info private any longer....
Though I would like to file a formal complaint....but with the same gov that outted us in the first place?
The class action suit is probably the best way to go.
