leaf curling - seedlings

both of my plants have 2 crinkley leaves and they are both curling round


I am using moss peat and watering around 26 hours everyday

24 hours its still moist soil

I am running lights on 20/4

im using the correct ph & temp and I am running a fan

I thought I was doing everything right

pics? room size? age? what kind of light? what wattage is it? whats the color spectrum of it?, answer that for me first

I think I can see brown burnt spots on one of my leaves, I removed 2 of the lights and only have one in there now @ 20 watts
