My auto flower plant is 3 weeks old, using the good old sun and lights at night..the other day i realised there was a red bug on 1 of the leaves and it had white marks on the top of it, so i sprayed it with soap/water and (accidentally) left it in the sun..remembering 10 mins later both of the first leaves to come through were pretty burnt and practically see through. One of them i left on and its just kind of brown crisped up although the other 1 had no chance so i cut it off. Now it does still seem to be growing although the next set of leaves (2 groups of 3) are drooping. Anyone give me any tips on whats going on/have i killed it/what should i do etc?? (and before anyone says, I'm not a full time grower..i smoke although I'm also just interested in seeing if i could get anything out of a seed my self) its a galaxy auto flower btw

Something i did forget to mention actually, when it was in the sunlight today one of the leaves pointed upwards like normal...the other stayed droopy like now?

I had been using cfl although that blew after 10 days, so I've got another 4 coming in the post but for now I'm just using a normal light bulb (not ideal i know)

How close have you had it to the plant? The drooping may be a sign of heat stress. Do the leaves feel dry and papery?

Yeahh, I can see one of the leaves curling upwards. The real burnt leaf.

Probably about 8/10 inches away, and yeah id say they feel pretty dry..ive just moved them to about a foot away now. Would you say thats a better distance?

Yeah try that. If it irritates the back of your hand from that distance, it'll irritate your plants.

Thats what i was thinking so i tried that and it was fine, It's been in the same place under the lights since day 1 and i haven't seen this happen once, and ever since i cut the damaged leaf off yesterday its had real problems. I'll have my cfl light back on tuesday though so should do a lot better under that
