Bubbles:
Could be Two things:
1. Does it stay like that for "1 or 2 days then disappears? If thats the case then its due to the water being under pressure and there are more dissolved gasses in it
than can stay in it at normal pressure so they come out of solution.Its pretty normal.

2.It could be "Perling"
Its like a constant stream of (oxygen) bubbles eminating from a plant. Sometimes fresh tapwater can cause this as it contains more CO2 than aged water does.

I think the grow journal has most problems picked out like perlite and lime in the soil, the drainage looks real bad and you are watering from the bottom, bassically like wicking only thats not a very good way to water or feed soil plants. I would say there are a few things that would make for better growth so change all this for the next grow or transplant and go from there. Peace

yea thats what im thinking, elevating the pots a bit, and watering from the top, so they arent sitting in a soup of run off and dirt. ill see what i can do.
