You can remove the leaves. I've found that they actually don't do that much damage overall. But, once they're inside the leaf they're hard, if not impossible to kill. Gotta figure out what kind of bug is laying what kind of larvae that's eating your girl(s), and kill that bug. That's what I do, with tobacco tea. and so far so good. Kills shitty caterpillars, too.

10-15 grams loose, additive-free tobacco
1 liter hot water
Steep overnight, or on VERY low (not even simmering) heat on the stove for about an hour, maybe two (you want the tobacco to lose all its color). Strain, spray, be sure to hit all surfaces including soil.

Im having the same problem. Its annoying. Let me know if that works...
