Leaf problems

Hello everyone. My 6 month old Baobab tree has been looking healthy up until recently.
Can anyone identify what is going on with the leaves?

did u check for mites underneath the leaves? my best guess is insect damage.

That's what I was worried about. I've dealt with mites in the past and it's no fun. That last picture throws me off... I still don't know what it is.
