Leaf Readers Help!

Can you identify this deficiency? I think it might be mostly ph spotting. Possibly some MG lockout?

If you've had ph spotting before, do all the affected leaves develop these spots and die? I thought I had stopped it when the damage was still in the tiny dot stage but I think at that point the damage may have already been done.

Any help is appreciated.
