leaf tips rolling up like carpet

Maybe someone can help me without pictures available. I have one female kalichicra in flower for 2 weeks. She had a brother in the DWC until 2 days ago, and he was showing no signs of any problems. She has leafs on the 1rst through 3rd node shutes that are rolling up form the tip, like you would roll up carpet, that goes half way up the leaf. The tips are brown. PPM is around 600, but these plants are not supposed to require much nutes. The Ph is 5.8 I have been having problems with white snot on the roots, but seems to be under control right now. I am using 20-10-20 tobacco ferts. The tips at the top of the plant are also brown, but I think it was a little light burn. After moving the 150 watt hps up to 14' the browning has stop on the top. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I was thinking to much nutes and drained 3 of the 15 gal. res and replaced with tap water, but the next day the third node shute is showing the rolling, so it seems to be getting worse instead of better. I just want some opinions as I am now thinking of raising the nutes.

keep your light about 15 inches away from the plant just to be extra safe its not burning, also try using differant fertilizer.
