Neighbor had a script for the syrup a few years ago. Other then that, I haven't personally seen it or heard of anybody that has it. At least not around here.

I know their are many different recipes/varietys, But the basic and most common is Promethazine & Codiene syrup and soda, The syrup usually has booze in it like most do.

Correct to me it's more of a Pcp like high and i don't like it tbh actavis is overrated name brand too be paying anything over 350 a pint, also I haven't seen any real actavis since 2014
