Leaves Green, but Twisting, ALL INFORMATION INCLUDED!

If you need I can take pictures. The problem is simply this..on the newer leaves that are growing in, the middle fan leaf is spiraling. That's the only leaf.
Specs:
System: Bubble Ponics/DWC (5 gal bucket)
6" pot that fits bucket
Medium: Rooted in grodan A-OK 1.5", hydroton in pot
Veg: 24/0
Temp: 80 F
Rel. Humidity: 25%
Nutrients: GH Flora 3pt
Water source: home r/o
PH: 5.5 (without any ph up or down)
m/S: 1.43
PPM: 1034
Temp: 25 C
Light: 400w HPS @ 3 ft, air cooled by 550 cfm, 8" S&P
Room Size: 5'x5' closet(8 ft ceiling)
Age: 19 Days after rooting
Status:Green, Growing, and drinking lots of water.

Edit: I took pictures, but have no cable to connect to computer to load them. Sorry. Other computer's power supply burned out :(

PH is at 5.5, I let it drift up a bit to feed in other nutrients. GHS grows theirs at 5.5ph, and I see thousands upon thousands of posts here, and elsewhere, of others using 5.5 ph. My plants look wonderful, except the random leaf with the center petal spiraling.

Twisting leafs is due to a magnesium deficiency.



Notice how some non-yellowed leaves are twisting or turning over.

I have experienced this on most of my plants since I started. Very easily fixable. Make a epsom salt and water solution. Use hot water, and mix one gallon of hot water (not boiling) with about a tablespoon of epsom salt. Use a spray bottle and spray directly on top and under the leaves.

Problem should alleviate within a few days.
