leaves have gone wrinkly

Hi guys was wondering if anyone could help,i went and checked on my girls this morning and noticed on my chocolope that the leaves started to wrinkle.

It doesn't look too bad. What is your temperature and humidity? What nutes? PH of water? What kind of lighting and how far away is it?

Also, is there a fan on them directly?

Heat stress is my guess.

Temps are around 28 to 30 degrees celsius, rh 45-50, nutes at the min plagron terra grow,cal mag lighting is a 300w cfl and ph i keep around 6.3 and i dont have a fan directly on them i have it blowing over top of plants cheers

Temp is a little on the high side, although tolerable. Definitely keep it below 30. Go 26-28C If you can. RH Seems fine.

How far is the light from the plant?

Light is about a foot above plants my sour d is fine but chocolope still looks wrinkly and now the leaves are starting to turn light green wtf man

I grow in greenhouses and the only time I see leaf wrinkle is when soil is staying wet too long ....GL

Agreed looks overwatered. Let dry out until pot is alarmingly light. Then water completely to runoff and wait again.

The ribs and curled down leaves are a dead giveaway.

is a npk 3-1-3 ok for veg or do i need more nitrogen
