LED bulb for 1 plant

Would a 3.2 watt LED bulb ( one of red spectrum and one of blue spectrum) be sufficient enough to grow just one Betty Boo Auto inside a grow box ? The plant has Indica dominant genetics and grows anywhere from 20-50 cm with a seed to harvest time of 8-9 weeks and a flowering period of about 5 weeks.

I doubt it @ that wattage. Consider some CFLs if cost is an issue or get @ least a 90 + watt LED.

Then how many of them would I need to grow 1 plant?

if cost is a big concern i'd stoop to a Chinese made ufo off ebay there are quite a few that go up for auction daily
just chatted with a guy last week who got a 180 watt ufo for 39 bucks hell yeah!! even if it last for one grow that's pretty cheep
but yeah i agree 90 watts min for one plant

I would say 90 is the minimum for a tri-band. Add any more bands, and you'll need to compensate.

Hey man "f" it its worth a try you might get a gram crown bud. if you want to as a experiment, but if your serious about your yield listen to there advice. Get 4 23w 2700k cfls they will work to get you about a half ounce. Based on the sound of your experience level. plus it will only cost you about 10 dollars + the fixtures so about 25 bucks.

+1 on the UFO recommendation. If you wanna splurge maybe a Kessil H150 Magenta. 45W, very compact, should flower an auto quite nicely.

You're going to need a 100w LED imo.

Yeah, that was me. It took me a while (months) to win an auction at that price, but if you keep at it you should be able to win one at a good price as well. Good luck, Happy growing.
