You mean like you and nextlight?...or any Zhaga 7 linear configuration? Or fluence using their own non-zhaga boards.
You mean a phosphorus white spectrum? What did you revolutionize or create?
Not sure how anyone can be copying the 10th mover in the market, but whatever makes you feel good about yourself.
Did you ever tell next you felt bad for jumping on their design?
Or is it the fact that there is about 20$ $ in chips in there, another $5 on board, and another $6 on assembly?
Just like everything...people don't want to pay the middleman. Thinking that making boards will somehow keep that from happening is you major issue. Specially with big ass SMT mid powers...very easy to solder/work with. Not like little CSP packages. We are in the day and age that taking it to somewhere and not charging a 100+% markup when they bring it to market is what's going to happen. Then they will see what "could be" like you and jump on the bandwagon of new companies.

No I mean down to the diode count board voltage connector placement..... Like I said a 100%copy. Of course people can use mid power agree all it is super widely used lol.

No I mean they bought a board and sent it to a factory asking for a 100% copy down to the T.

You never miss a chance do you? Obviously you've said much worse about me for using cobs now haven't you..... Difference being I don't do personal attacks like yourself but I won't be attacked and back down because I'm not a bitch online or in person ;)

We started working on this in Sept 2015 actually. And no I wasn't meaning using the mid power leds or anything else but an actual 100% knock off which sucks to be honest.

From a consumer view
Copying= competition= no monopolization= better prices for me.
Sure maybe you copied a certain aspect of next light, but I don’t recall anyone selling the boards only/separately so that’s your thing and as a consumer who wouldn’t appreciate that.

From a business view
In most cases you could patent a design and it will be slightly modified by another, rendering you patent useless.
A business man once told me the best way to deal with this is to dominate the market that way you are ordering/producing the largest quantity and no one can compete with your price point. The more you sell/produce the more your monopolization increases, almost exponentially.

But what do I know I'm no business man. So it’s just a view.

I'm just calling things how they are.
Someone saw $30 dollars worth of parts and labor being sold for 2.5X. They said...hey those are working and people seem to like them...I can make and sell for cheaper and still be real profitable.
Then things will keep getting driven down to where they are with other products in the industry...just over cost with minimal margins.

You can call that a personal attack or whatever you want...but it's just how things are. And you have already been here so I'm not sure why you're surprised cause you're half way on the other side of the fence this time.

Hopefully we can meet in person. And I will say everything I have ever said...you name it, and I'll say it straight to your face. Not threaten to fight online like you continually do cause you get called out.

Buddy because I play dumb doesn't mean anything. I was building flip flops before UFO came around. And yes I used the crappy shit and learned my lesson. Who goes to the store complaining about the cost of a steak yes you can kill a cow and get a steak but like others I'd rather buy it so I pay what the tag says. What company doesn't have a mark up on there products with them you get nice people honest the hard work and a warranty they stand behind if I need 3 things I'm not going to buy 100 then have to try and sell them to save ten bucks. If I don't like someone I stay away from them so why are you following those boys if you have such a problem with them!

You're so classy with the passive aggressive attemp to defect from what was stated. You should probably reign in your boy and check yourself as well. All I have done is say what is going on. All facts of the matter. Interesting how that seems to spark these personal attacks from you guys but no dispute of what was stated.

I never bashed the product or was going to. Just stated that hearing him complain about being "copied" is ironically karmetic. And that has stuck a serious nerve with you guys.

Very new to growing, and might be in the wrong place here. But I just got a 300W Galaxyhydro LED, I have it 10" above the canopy. That seem right? I've got 2 young Ghost Train Haze under it, they seem to be responding well. The leaves have definitely reacted to the more intense light, but not showing signs of heat stress..If i need to seek answers elsewhere, no worries, I can do that too. Thanks

simple rule of thumb JLuni is place your hand right above your highest point on the plants and feel for heat if its hot to your hand its hot to the plants.

Yes, thank you, I've done it already and the heat is minimal. Sounds like I am on the right track. New to this site as well, have learned alot from everyone. Very helpful. Thanks again.
