LED floodlights

Hey all, my buddy has access to a bunch of free LED floodlights ranging from 7w to around 40w. I am currently in the homestretch of a 125watt CFL Microgrow and I personally think its been kinda successful. Would it be worth it for me to ask him for some of the higher powered LED's? He even says he has some "industrial strength" ones. What colors would be best for me to obtain? Any feedback is appreciated.

Look for warm white (2700k-3000k) if you are this close. Not sure if you are real close if they will mean much, unless they are packing on weight right now.

what year where they produced, company, model.. you need to look into lumen output on them, if there even worthwhile.. you would also have to see about optics / degree of light output on the chip alone.

do you even want to build a light?

you need the exact model and stuff to find the datasheet to see what to power it at, then you need a heatsink / way to attach / wire / driver - drivers / possibly fans / hanging system / power cord ..... sound fun?

I can't tell you, you need to ask yourself if you want it.. it's liking asking what car someone should buy.. some will say ferrari / aston / vette / porsche / vintage ........ what do you want?
