I`ve heard a couple of horror stories about Hydro Grow's horrible customer service where they would not replace/honor the waranty. or harrassed customers for lost parcels by UPS or Fedex... basically it drove me away from them! last thing I want is horrible customer service for something I spent my whole week's pay on!
and the article does seem biased as F*** barely mentions the other companies that were there. If it was a true ''independant'' journalist he would've talked about other kiosks even if it was to complain on how their rooms were crappy...

But still very nice to see they are getting the attention! and hope it will convince ppl that LED is a viable solution and that it will inject some money into R&D!
