LED - HPS Comparison

Hi Folks!

I just compared my Cree3590 with my HPS 600W (Adjust a Wing) with my iPhone Luxmeter ( Apogee Quantum Meter is not yet delivered to my door) and made a strange discovery:

Cree3590 DB Bin (3500K) Running on Meanwell ELG150 @30cm distance: 6858 Lux
HPS Slyvania 600Watt on Lumatek VSG @ 45cm distance: 61474 Lux

I know, Lux doesnt really count much for plant-growth, but why is my HPS at Plant canopy giving almost 10 times more light?

Or do you think something is wrong with my Cree Setup? I am running them @ 1400mA for better efficiency with one COB per sqft.

Sounds strange to me. I measure 20000 lux from my 100W china led run at 50W at the same distance.(30 cm)
Disclaimer: Yes I know, lux and lumens are for humans.
