All right I plumed up a ro unit in the house yesterday that's about it for updates I'm going to go pick up lumber nails and a door today hopefully.

looks fun, what are you gonna use for light? You could put in some windows in the ceiling with shutters that close inside so you could use some natural light to cut down on costs?

It's time consomming cobs for flower led tubes for veg. No can not add windows.

No plastic on walls outer sheathing has good ventilation to pull moisture out of wall if any builds up.

wrong move my man get that poly in the walls,i no what ya thinking those out side walls will be all warped after first winter been at it few yrs seen brand new const rotted,that warm room with temps below 0 ya walls will be sweating on the inside of the wall need to stop that vaper

I will Poly over the insulation that will stop the water vapor up tight

As long as water vapor can not pass threw the insulation it can't condense on the inside of the outer wall and freez in the winter at least that's how I understand how moisture problems are created inside a wall.

Picked up 6mill poly today will have it up tomorrow

Any one got a recomendation on paint I can not afford the insulated panels with that reflective layer.

I will second that paint choice. That is what I used. It was around $23 a gallon I believe.
