Do u kno any online shops in Europe?
So lets say that the 200w would be good for a 2x2 and 300w for 3x3, right?
If you go to the citizen website (or any other brand cob) it lists the distributers in Europe. The good news is citizens are pretty similar prices world wide. Where as from where I looked the cree cobs (cxb3590) were considerably more from euro vendors than china and America.
However I still have not found many pin heat sink suppliers this side of the pond.

Primelight.co.uk sell citizen and heat sinks to match, although you wont find the heat sinks on the website they are very reasonable.

I would still consider buying from any of these guys who posted above, they are good prices even when you add the 20% Importing tax. Its kind of worth the extra knowing who you are buying from is available and knows what your intended use is, plus one retailer for all your needs.

I would totally buy from them, but to those 20%(sometimes u pay way more than 20%, or u might even pay taxes and customs in both countries) add around 80-100$ for shipping and u have 200$ more in the final price, what I find is too much because I don't have a big budget.

Lol the CXB3590 3500k DB bin is the best chip you can get @25w it's 245lm/w @50w it's 192lm/w.
CD bin is 171 lm/w, 52.5% efficient @ 23.5w via integrating sphere data. I doubt DB numbers are anywhere close to what you suggest.

Best I can infer from @CobKits's graphs is 1 PPFD/w @12" = 5% efficiency. I got this number because from another graph I found CXB3590 CD @ ~23w = 10.5, divided by 5 = 52.5 which matches real data. If my estimations hold any weight then most flagship chips nowadays will be 50% efficient at 50 watts.
