Yes. I just called growers light. The 260 xl qb are on back order until the 15th. They quoted me $1000 Cad with duty and tax for 2 diy kits shipped to my door. Think I’m gonna pull the trigger on this
Damn, that's actually a solid deal. It's a bummer that you have to pay $100USD to have them shipped to Canada but I would do the same, honestly. That's actually pretty cool that they'll ship them to you there in the first place.

Either way, let me know what you end up doing. If you pull the trigger on em' make sure to send me a link to a journal so I can follow along.

Did you ever order them. I am very interested in this setup. I would like to cover two 4x4 tables. But i blv they suggest 3 for a 4x4. Starts getting pricey quick. And our exchange rate right now sucks. Looking to see what other options there are but i would sure like to try these.

Yes. Got them last Monday. Easy to assemble and damn strong. I set them at 20" from my canopy and the poor girls got fried. I've had to dim the light pretty much as low as they can go and raise the lights another 2". After a coupl days now there starting to get some colour back........you could almost say the lights are a quantum leap up above my last set up.:bigjoint:

i am planning to have 320 w and 600 w led grids in Canada at least when legalization happens
with either heat sinks, active fan cooling or just DIY
the rigs grow/flower extremely well and i can offer very good prices on gear i personally as a grower believe in
i wanted wait until i was able to see the results
i also treat people the way i would like to be treated
,i have my sources already for the custom components
i can get the products made quickly
need to make a website just wanted to get everything together first
and i have been my first customer
ihave agrow thread in the led section for my 6" x 22" led boards

I have a customer running Fluence Spyder and getting same yields and more crystal as using Gavita 1000W DE Another guy just testing out BC Blondes LED and so far he's doing not bad. Only thing that sucks is the units that do really good are in the $1700-2200 range.

What brand of leds will you be using and what price point are you aiming for?
i have made my own custom panels for the last year...they will be less expensive per watt than most
configurations either DIY , with passive heatsink, or with active fan cooling
right now its either 6 x 250w panels grid i run at 100w each and no need of heatsink
or two 250w panels[at 160w each] each with a fan ..
i am making some 320w panels because they will be cheaper
personally i like the coverage of the 6" x 22" run at 100w each
i do not waste energy raising them..icankeeo them close and the massive amount of 561c's penetrate extremely well due to so many points of light..being lower wattage they do not burn either..and just need a fan on the unit..even with no fan they do not get overly hot at all. than cooing.i would rather throw $$ at more leds and even coverage.
i do have 6 "x 22" passive aluminum heatsinks
i intend to see how may watts i can put i them and still be cool..so that i canhave a "one panel athigher wattage option"
i can slaughter 1700-2200 $ range and be 600-620 w including the solid aluminum frame and 600w driver..it easily covers 4 x 4
more like 5 x 5
i have a grow in the led section and photos of the proto types..i am satisfied they do very well..
ps. ...i do not want to get big ..thanks..they are doing better than hps for me
as well the plants are more healthy[not that hps isn't awesome] i have not had such fat dense sticky bubba buds etc.

I'm thinking of trying those LED's for an experiment. My garden isn't where I live, and I can't afford to upgrade that anyway, so I thought I'd try it on my rec plants next year.
