Very cool thoughts and not that far out imo. They respond and exhibit intelligence in things like leaning or bending towards lights. In open pollination I've noticed purposeful behaviour like synching up in maturity and males growing towards and above the females for better chance of pollination. Are these behaviours automatic/reflex for survival or are they consciously doing these things and communicating?? Cool stuff.

Hey everyone! I hope your week is going well :)

The girls still haven't shown sex....they aren't even showing alternating nodes yet-seems like it's just starting. So, I definitely could have topped them, but I didn't. I almost lost one of the mains on the girl in the back right. I was spreading them out to keep her a bit shorter...well, I guess I got too carried away and almost broke the whole stem off, right at the V. The branch looked like it was going to be lost, but she popped back to life, though it looks stunted compared to the rest of the plant. Oops! haha

Hey RIU peoples:) I hope you're all doing well, and are ready for the new year!

The girls are really filling up the cabinet, and some pretty uniform looking plants, for being from seed:

I think I'm ditching the saucers, since if a blumat fails and water goes everywhere, the plants can still use it and get watered from the bottom.
