Come on, be active, take some accountability for yourself. Are you overweight and/or out of shape? Do something about it. Get on your shoes and get your ass in gear!

In this thread, anyone who wants to can document their physical activity and encourage and support each other to be active.

I walk and ride my bike all the time, can you keep up?

    I'll start-
4/15 walked my dog 4 miles
4/16 morning bicycle ride 22 miles

Hell yes man! Start out slow, just a 1 mile walk every other day if you have the time. Increase the distance when you feel comfortable

It will help if you get yourself a nice comfortable pair of shoes

Walking is something anyone can do easily

This is a really nice time of year to get outside, it's not too hot yet (at least where I'm at), nothing beats smoking a joint and going for a walk enjoying fresh air and being outside

Hey, maybe you can bring your grandson with you?

My rotator cuff is healing from a dump on the mtb but I'm still riding it 18K to the store at a high rate of speed. I try to hold 30 kmh for the majority of the way. What I did was work my way up to it. Starting at 20kmh and increasing every week Now I ride at 30 to 36kmh without being winded or pain.
I am using a 48t front ring x 12t rear 99% of the time. I can see why people enjoy singlespeeds so much , who needs gears fuk em and torque instead.
So I checked in here for some motivation blu3bird to get back on the universal gym i stopped using at christmas.
the daily routine is what i need to get back on , not sure if i can press with my shoulder but I can surely do something with it.

I think I met you on a forum before I recognize your abs lmao
