    Come on, be active, take some accountability for yourself. Are you overweight and/or out of shape? Do something about it. Get on your shoes and get your ass in gear!

    In this thread, anyone who wants to can document their physical activity and encourage and support each other to be active.

    I walk and ride my bike all the time, can you keep up?

    I'll start-
    4/15 walked my dog 4 miles
    4/16 morning bicycle ride 22 miles

    I need to start exercising again..I turned into a fat lazy stoner the last couple of years and now i have a grandson to live for so it's time for me to get back in shape

    Hell yes man! Start out slow, just a 1 mile walk every other day if you have the time. Increase the distance when you feel comfortable

    It will help if you get yourself a nice comfortable pair of shoes

    Walking is something anyone can do easily

    This is a really nice time of year to get outside, it's not too hot yet (at least where I'm at), nothing beats smoking a joint and going for a walk enjoying fresh air and being outside

    Hey, maybe you can bring your grandson with you?
