Thank you, i hope i got the luck with me.

Okey, yeah lowryder, i remember that. Never grown it but i did read about about at the time she become famous. I did not grow weed back then but i did dream i would do it later in my life, and here i am today :-)
And yes, im from europe. Im just a hobby-grower and its just in the last year i have become pretty decent of growing weed. I dont grow all the time, could do a grow and then have a break for 3 months to enjoy life and smoke alot of weed bongsmilie .
Its best thing i have ever done in my life, my dream would be to get a fot in somewhere so could make some money out of it.

Really? Let me quote your signature :bigjoint:

"Spending a fuckpile of money on LEDs to grow autos is like hiring hookers to make sandwiches"

Well, if i had the cash i would have hookers make my sandwiches every day!

Bazinga!

Lets see how they will perform during stretch and flower as thats the important part. :weed:

Thanks guys for making me feel welcomed :peace: :joint:
Glad to see you're living your dream Sheldon..!

An ugly supercrop but it had to be done to make it even as soon as possible to fill every spot.

DSC_1155.JPG

If they get back from this no one can say autos isnt strong geneticly. I know where these genetics come from, and they are unbeatable when it comes to growth and yield.

It seems like these are some hungry plants!
They are on EC of 1.75 but it looks to me they need a raise again. Will try an Ec of 1.9 and see if that will do the trick.

One more big crop and we could be full, then is just some minor adjustments to go. Peace of cake.

They took that cropping pretty good.

DSC_0077_1-4500x3000.JPG

There is still some gaps to fill but i will leave the girls as they are for now, i might do a crop after 2-3 days when they have gotten their power back.

Screenshot_20180420-204730.png

They look to be in good condition and health but i still feel that i lost some days of growth when i messed up their roots due to an overwatering around day twenty. But overall i would say its looking pretty okey :hump:

Nice looking canopy Sheldon..!:hump::weed:

:eyesmoke: Happy 420!
Yes it is. He filled that canopy nice. A true carpet. This is the real secret to getting max yield with traditional horizontal hid lights. Oftentimes growers use net screen trellis type setups. Not a necessarily a scrog...but just to keep on or two nice mains to one square. With each and every net square filled with something. No empty spots. Canopy management. Once ya got all the grow room details and that one or two strains dialed...canopy management can make or break a grow. Not so much break but maybe could be the factor that separates getting normal yields vs. getting quite a bit more. It's also tough to get that carpet of nodes if you run separate veg and bloom rooms where the flower room is always running 12-12 unless the veg room is exactly the same size as the the flower room. If you can at least veg a little in the flower room to fill them empty spots...yer yields go up. Y'all feel what I am saying?

Thank you @Beachwalker. :joint::joint:
And thank you for that information @since1991.

I wouldn't call that a true carpet, but it was a beginning of a carpet :bigjoint:
I'm not in to photoperiods so much, i like to grow autoflowers, it suits me good.
They are ready to grow and flower in the same room, and i could start new girls when there is 3 weeks to go in the same room as the "flower" room as i can flower under 18, 20 or 24 hours of lightning.

I never grown like this before, i have just let my girls grow natural so it's definitely going to be interesting to see how this grow will turn out.

I had to crop them again and here is how its looking like now

DSC_0182-4500x3000.JPG

I spreaded them out some more and moved them out a bit and i think the carpet is 280x300cm now. Then i've got 1 bigger girl in front, she don't mind me standing there getting some light.

I tried make it as even as i could as i will let them grow straight up from now. There is some uneven places but i hope those vanish with some growth...
Not sure how much growth they have left in them but i hope there is enough to make me happy.

One thing i discovered i liked, that is to supercrop and for being my first time ever doing an even canopy i feel pretty satisfied.

I have got a couple of girls in autopots (15liters) and they are filled with coco. I also have airdomes connected with approximately 4 litres of air to the bottom of every pot.

I am aloud to grow 5 plants per person in the household so im on the safe side.

I have got 4x600 watts of hps lights over the girls in a 3x3 meter area.
The girls are autoflowering plants and i will let you guys guess the strain bongsmilie

I wasnt sure whether or not i would be sharing this grow as its a bigger grow then what the ordinary guy has but i will try my best to grow the best weed that i can.

Temps have been little on the low side and i did overwater the them when i was about to switch to the automatic feeding system and that resulted in what i believe was/is a copper deficiency.
But we are doing okey, not perfect but it could be worse.

Been fucking with Auto's for two years, my largest single plant auto yield so far is 6 zips from a Freebie Narcotic Kush bean. I'm averaging 3-4 zips per plant depending on strain with the mephisto beans I've grown so far. Not bad for on average 60-65 days from sprout/seed.

Sheldon you're killing it with the even canopy really good job man congrats this is looking like a great run for you

I have been doing this on the tightest budget possible... I'm donating plasma to get the stuff to make this happen for me... I'm not sure how well this will turn out but it's really a learning experience for me... just got a new job and now I can turn up!!! All i really need is a more efficient light and some better nutes, poss poss a couple of books to read up on and I should be good...in the meantime,I'll make do with what I have and do the best I can!!! I would be lost if I never had found this site!!!

Thanks man. If you want it good you need to study the best guys and ask questions about everything, how and why. You need to look at the plants as much as you can, because when you know whats around the corner you don't have to look anymore, you just know.
:joint:

Did you catch that those are autos, Frank? Because, like, I didn’t even think autos could...the fuck?
Oh, yes they can! Wait until they start to budding, that should be interesting.

I should start fukin with autos a little more myself. Especially outside. See what kind of flower I can get mid season would be nice. They are extremely popular in Europe. I don't know many growers that fuk with em here in America.
Give them a try, there is a lot of people growing autos. They (me included) wouldn't grow them if they weren't happy with them. And yeah, outdoor they perform great, then you can even have two harvests per summer, some places let you have three!
Give Dutch Passions a try, their plants always deliver.

Hell yeah bro  way to grow!! Keep up the excellent work.
Thank you. Will do sir, will do the best i can! bongsmilie

Are you using standard 600 watt hps fixtures with regular aluminum reflectors?

Yes, I've heard nothing bad ever about them. Good guys with good quality.
But i prefer growing DPs, i really like the size and structure of their plants! They always get big with nice quality buds. If i grow a plant under 180 grams she's considered small.
Best autos I've done from Dutch passion is a couple of 1 pound + plants.

And thank you very much, i hope this grow will be a good one but it's looking promising so far. Stay around, it could be interesting.

I'm using magnetic ballasts and 600w hps with AAW reflectors, they spread the light a little better then regular ones. But i will switch to leds for my next grow, didn't really have the founds for invest in something new right now. What do you grow With?

8 Gavita 6/750 Flex lamps with a sealed room with minisplit a.c. and commercial grade dehuey with co2 hooked to a ppm contoller. Wall mount fans. And 3 gallon cloth pots of coco coir/perlite blend and another couple drain to waste tanks feeding Grodan Unislabs/4" inch blocks with Floraflex caps. All drip to waste using tubing and barbed fittings for a simple drip manifold. All lights/pumps/night heaters hooked to Autopilot master digital multi parameter timer. This run using Canna Coco nutrient for the coco pots side (2x 35 gallon trash can reservoirs) and Canna Substra for the rockwool slabs side with the other 2 35 gallon reservoirs. Tanks are outside the room in front of the main door to stay nice and cool in a Michigan 7 ft basement.
