lettuce growing

of all the methods of growing lettuce, what would you use? MH, LED, T5, Other. I am not concerned about efficiency. I am really looking for the best method. Be specific.

T5 works the best mix bulb kelvin. Keep bulbs 4inch off canopy..go hydro since lettuce is made up alot of water it can build itself quickly given the energy to do so.. Ebb n flow...do not try dwc inless very experienced nutrient/ph flux can occour easily

Also pure perlite an vermculite will work very well if trying to grow large leaf lettuce
