lHumidity problems. Please Help!

I've had 2 successful crops in a small walk in closet. I've reinvested most of the funds (remember non-profit) & have set up a 10' X 9' at my partners residence in the garage. The room is awsome with a high celiing, completely sealed & so much air movement that crowding & mold will not be issues this time. Unfortunately I still have a problem with humidity & heat. I'm using 4 1000 watt lamps & am running a 12,000 btu portable A/C unti & a small vics humidifier. The lights are being cooled by running 2 445 cfm inline fans. 1 inline fan pulls air through each set of 2 fixtures & no hot air is being pulled from the garage (just fresh air from outside the garage). The highest I've been able to get the room to is 24% humidity. The coolest the room gets is 70 deg F while the lights are off (18 on & 6 off) & up to 95 deg F when the lights are on. I'm desperately trying to get to a constant 75 deg F & 40% humidity. Please help. I don't have alot of money & can't afford a 1 hp water chiller & 4 ice boxes. Thanks

from what ive heard your humidity can be low as long as yer plants are healthy. mine are currently around the 20% mark and dont seem to show any ill effects. I would be more worried with the 95f than low humidity
