Hey guys I have a light controller which is a Titan Helios 7. For some reason the for outlets on the right side stopped working.
I figure it's a bad relay or a quick fix inside the unit, I was tempted to take it apart as I'm a mechanical engineer and have good knowledge of electricity. anyways I can't seem to get ahold of Titan from what I can find out I think Sunlight Supply actually manufactures these, is this true? Should I call Sunlight Supply or does anyone else have any other information for me I would really appreciate it. It has the 3-year warranty and it's almost two years old. Any input is appreciated thanks guys
PS. All my equipment is Titan, this is the first problem I've ever had with them, but when it comes to controllers I actually prefer the Devil Trigger cords now.
