When is a good time to switch from 24 hours of light from when the seed sprouts to 18/6?

You should use 18/6 from the beginning as soon as the seed sprouts.

well not the entire time no! but I heard it was good to leave them in light for the first few weeks so they grow through the seedling stage quicker

You can but like I said, you are more prone to a higher male ratio.

It's better to start at 18/6 in veg and then move to 12/12 during flowering.

hey guys my 2nd time growin here, i have 3 plants growing off of 2 100 watt flor lights and its been all most 2 weeks sence they started to grow an ive been using 24hr lighting on them when should i start to use diffenrt lighting??? there only about 2-3 inch 2 sets of leaves on them only... also the leaves are kinda drupy on such a early stage... any ideas??
