light cycle advice

I amlooking for a little advice….I have just popped some seeds and planted them injiffy caps, My 400w hps arrived a little late and had to put them for 2 days inmy conservatory, at present we are only getting around 12 hours of light here!

What Iwould like to know is, would there be a problem if I now put them under mylight in a Veg cycle? Or should I just start over with new seeds?

Any helpwould be most appreciated!!
