light cycle after germination

Ok, heres the deal. We have six 1750 lumens, 26 watt cfl energy smart bulbs on 6 plants that just germinated. what kinda light cycle do our babies need to be on? and is that enough light for this stage? we already had problems with the first round. they grew weak and tall when we had them on grow lamps. right now we are using the 18 on 6 off cycle with a fan circulating air and another fan pushing air out a vent. any suggestions or advice will be appreciated

keep the lights close as possible without hurting your babies,,and keep it on 24 hours a day,,till they are 3-4 weeks old,,you could then switch to 12 hours on 12 hours off,,if you want,,or go longer and they will get bigger,,then switch to 12/12 lighting,,hope this helps
