light cycle for last days

my first grow and i wa wondering you alls thoughts on lighting the last few days? or point me in the right diriction so i can read about it

plenty of.lol

a fellow grower I know shuts the lights off for the last 24 hours before harvest... swears that it forces the plant to release any more resin that's hidden inside.
