Light Failure Need advice

Hello fellow Growers
Unfortunately I had bought some Apollo purple Sun LED units and I am just realizing that they have failed. I just recently spent three hundred bucks on the water chiller so funds are depleted but I'd like to pick y'alls brain I'm having a hard time trying to find the cob to replace these and I just want to get suggestions I've included a picture of the driver. I have 4 drivers in the unit so I was wondering what would you guys do I don't have money to buy a expensive brand new light my budget is 200 bucks ideally if possible I'd like to just upgrade these cobs with the same or higher wattage cobs and still be able to use the unit as is with the drivers I have. I Did test the drivers and all are working
Originally the unit was a 75 watt by 4 cob light.
Thank you guys for taking a moment and reading my thoughts and trying to help me out

First figure out why the failure. Are the fans running? If so, I'd pop that burnt cob off to see if the thermal paste was applied properly. If it looks like it wasn't the paste then perhaps just poor heat management and do you want to throw money at it? a 250w HPS would get you by.

Anyway, those drivers will provide 38.5 watts max 70V/550ma. It would power a Vero29C but you would have to drill and tap holes in the sink for it after removing the old cob/s and making sure the Veros will fit. That would be a $30 fix to replace the one burnt one or $120 to replace all four. You would need to solder the wiring to the solder pads on the Vero so non SE version. The efficiency would improve so if it was a thermal management problem using the better cobs might fix the issue.

There's also the issue of whether the Veros will fit properly under the reflectors. The LES (light emitting surface) is about 3 cm across so check the reflectors if you're seriously considering it.

Amazing observation....
Just removed cob from heat sink and there was barely any therml paste and it looked like shit.
As far as modifications I feel completely comfortable doing it. I have the tools. I will look into those cobs you spoke of. Thank you so much
