lighting again

So would one 400 watt hps light be enough for 4 to 6 plants? ,
And also can i put seedlings and clones under this light.IF i can put seedlings and clones under this light any advice would be great.
i am looking at growing 4 plants(DWC) in a 1.2 meter square home made closet with a rotating fan and a PC extractor with a shelf for my clones and seedlings ..does this sound alright?

yes 400watt is good for 4-6 flowering plants.

you dont want clones and seedlings under this. and you dont want to veg under this light, while you can, it doesnt provide the proper lush growth a cfl, or metal hailde would.

I 400w hps for flower and i use CFL for veg.

yeah but ive been told that hps works all the way through the cycle(i know that its the best for flowering).Is this true?
