Lighting for auto-flowering strains?

What do you use?
Warm light for flowering all the way through, cool light for veg all the way through, start with cool and switch to warm when they start to flower?


I've only grown two auto strains but both times I just used mixed lighting from start to finish with pretty good results.


Just kind of curious how others do it.

First 2 Weeks I Use 2 26 Watt 6500K CFL'S In A 10 Inch Round Hood.Then I Switch On My 400 Watt CMH.Peace And Hair Grease

Actually when I did my akr's I didn't have enough room for the 5th one so I whipped up a quick dresser grow for it and used 8 warm cfls.
I noticed growth came on a lot quicker than the others that were under mixed lighting t-5, it was the biggest plant out of the 5 with the biggest yield.


Either it was just a lucky seed or it had to do with the lighting, I haven't tested it again but I plan to pretty soon.

used a 400 w MH

I start from seedling under 260W (4x65W) 6500K CFL's, then switch at 2-3 weeks to 400W MH

T-5 straight thru on 24/0

I'm going 2 h usin a 600w HPS dual spec lol. Got a 125w cfl (6400k blue) 4 the first 2 weeks tho.

Minimum 150-200w For CFL's, HPS 150W per plant.
I do 24/0 and if you see 70sdivers grow, crazy one, wicked job mate...
