Little problem. My grow journal has more details/

It's 6pm and I just went to check my plants - 2 hours before lights on, and somehow I forgot to turn off my MH light off this morning at 8am when I shut down the rest of the room. My schedule is 12/12 8am to 8pm.

So the temps in there were 86 (everything else was off) and the plants. So they were on for 22 hours.

Now I just switched them off, and I guess I'll leave them off for 12 more hours. But my problem is I don't want to switch my light schedule. They need to be on at night and off during the day.

How should I handle this? Should I just turn my lights on in 2 hours like normal? Or get the schedule back on tomorrow?

Really need advice here asap. Thanks.

Just continue the remaining cycle and then start back again tomorrow.

1 day will not seriously ruin the outcome of the plants. Think about outdoor growing, intensity and the ammount of hours a plant is exposed is completely varient in outdoor operation.

It will be fine!

if at any time during flower cycle and your light goes out and you now its only been off for less then a 1/2 hour you can turn it back on and not harm your plant. if its been off longer then that i recomend starting your light cycle after lights have been off for at least 12 hour.

it wasn't off for to long, it was on for to long.

i got a suggestion to leave them off until normal lights on tommorrow at 8pm.

meaning they will get a full 26 hours of darkness.

but to much dark is better than to much light, correct?

as far as controlling hermies, i think that it sounds about right. what do u guys think?
