lighting question plz help

Hey guys I have two lemon haze autos growing under a 250watt hps and I currently just got a Metal Halide shop light..400watt..which would be better for my plants since my box isn't big for them both??

Sounds like the 'box' isn't very big, you can get away without ventilating a 250w depending where you live, a 400w will need some cooling and decent airflow.
