lighting question (vegetation room)

Hi, I have a question regarding what kind of lighting I should use in my vegetation room. My room is 7x6.5x7 and I would like to grow 12 plants for about 4-5 weeks before I move them over into the flowering room. This whole thing is new to me and I'm not sure what would be the best lighting for this room. I do have a 4x4 T5 Grow lamp with four bulbs with a grow spectrum of 6500 k... would this be good enough for a 12 plant setup in my veg room? Any thought or ideals would be greatly appreciated, thanks. :)

Here's a link to the lamp i have.

Yes, that lamp will suffice. If you want to more for coverage, consider buying another one. 6500K is typically used for vegetative growth.

you could cover 12 plants with that if you don't top or train them.

Because the intended purpose for the entire space is vegetative growth.

Thanks guys for the quick reply. Do you think I should purchase another grow lamp just to be on the safe side? I do plan on cloning eventually and another set would allow me to space the plants out more and give them some room to grow.

Thanks guys for the quick reply. So should i stick with the 6500k spectrum or buy 4 bulbs 3000k? Also, you think I should purchase another grow lamp just to be on the safe side?
For a dedicated vegetative space there is nothing wrong with using just 6500K. 3000K lends itself to more flower production. What you use in your grow spaces is ultimately your decision.

Regardless of what people may suggest keep doing more research into different aspects of gardening to become a better gardener.
