My 1 m sqr tent seems to be a bit cool with the temp sitting at 22-23, iv had the idea of putting another 400w in tent, iv already got a 600 in there and when I put a fan in with just 600 the temp was sat at 18-19c, so if I put the 400 in with fan blowing between the light and top of plants do you think the temp would go to high or be about right, I just think the temps bit low, any advise guys ???

1,000 watts is too much light for that space.

Iv always been under impression that there can't be too much light in one space, aslong as temps ok, iv always been told the more light you can have in a space the better the bud will be, it's just I'm in uk, and it's fackking freezing man, and I know they normally a say keep temp between 23-28 but surly 23 is still abit to low

Would you say it's too mush light in a square metre 1000w
no, but it may be overkill, meaning your return may not be worth the cost of operation/controls, that ssomething you have to work out in your space/conditions. If you can control the atmosphere you could put 3k in there, but no reason too.
I find to get the most out of my plants I surround them with lights, to get the most out of my lights I surround them with plants.

But using cannazyn, that should kill rottingroot to make way for new ones, shouldn't it, and will it cause any problems with the roots exposed to the light under the water?

Do you think covering the tray with bin liners would do the job ? And what about roots exposed to light would that cause any problems?
yes, algae grows on roots.
during flower the sitting water, while increasing humidity, could be an issue for delicate flowers, inviting mold to thrive.
