lights i found

eBay: Two 30W/6400K Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs (item 110088022437 end time Feb-10-07 19:54:54 PST)
would these be a good light for veg growth. 2 for 9.99 dont sound bad to me what ah ya think.

im kind of new with this so you tell me. :joint:

i just found this one also
seems even better but it would cost like 28 dollors totol to buy idk if it would be worth it but it says its = to a 250watt bulb.

I just bought 2 100w 6500k lights at walmart for $7.00 the kind that use 26w I dont know if it is the same thing this is what they look like.

I use them and they seem to work just fine. Someone else may know better. For whats it worth

i had almost bought those b4 i bought what i have now 5 13watts,but im only on seedlings. they put out 800 lumens each.and i paid 9.99 for 6.

They would be fine for vegg. You can get those lights at wal-mart, home depot, rona, or canadian tire.. pretty much anywhere.

ive notice you know alot about cfl's major_toke what would you say about using this bulb it came out of this 6 pack i got the other 5 are just fine but this one has a redish color and is not as bright would you or anyone else say or think it is still good check the pics i added

ps. the bulb only is red when it is on.

i stopped in @ home depot to take a look at the CFLs they had yesterday. the highest actual wattage I found was 45watts and i believe they put out something like 2,900 lumines. don't quote me on that, though. they had them in both cool and warm.

thats kind of what i was thinkin and hopin but i dout it i did get it like this but its not spose to be like that the other 5 like i said are normal.

If you say "its not as bright", it may not have the light intensity you need.

really its only not as bright because the light color is diff its a redish so its like it dont traval as far as a white colored light.
