lights on fan

hey guys.. ive got pc fans hooked up on my grow box and they have these little blue lights on em.. i got them from radioshack and the brand is thermaltake.. or something like that.. my question is will those blue lights effect my plants when the lights are off for flowering? i could always hook them up to a timer like my lights, but if they are doing no harm ill take my time getting another timer

the general advice is that your night time environment should be no brighter than a moonlight night - in nature nights are rarely pitch black so you should have no cause for concern.. but you could always put some tape over the lights tho

You can always just break the lights if you wanted. I have some of those LED fans on my comp right now and was wondering the same thing but figured I'd just bust/take out the LED's if necessary.
