stay with 12/12 until trichomes are solid cloudy to amber. Usually happens within breeder specs here.
ppm charts are different and custom to specific nutrient lines typically. You will have to google your line/ppm chart
and I've never seen one that didnt print the ppm chart on the package/website. I used around a dozen different ones over the years and they all were very dependable/successful, issues happened when I added my own directions to them . good luck
