Looking for feed back on DIY LED design

Good evening. I am building a COB LED light and I would like some feedback. All feedback is welcome, good, bad, and other.

This is my first build, so it's not the largest. Here is a crude diagram of the design I am working on:

The difference I am working on, is that most of the COB LEDs I have seen are just free air cooling. In order to help keep the COBs healthy over the long-run, I am going to build it enclosed with fans on one end and vents on the other. This would create a wind tunnel essentially, that would carry the hot air away from the light. I may even end up connecting tubing to vent it outside the tent.

The build is with the following:
4x Vero SE 29 C (BXRC-30G10K0-C-73-SE)
4x 120mm x 60mm pin heatsink
2x 120mm low noise high CFM fans
100K Ohm Potentiometer (for adjusting the brightness)
10' Power cord
Male power plug with on/off switch (attached to case)
LEDMO 12V switching converter (for fan power)
1x Mean Well HLG-480H-C1400B
1/8th aluminum sheeting for top, bottom, and sides
1/8th aluminum L extrusion for frames (overall frame and each lights support)

That looks like it should work-the only observation I can make is this: I have a bar with similar dimensions but I use the 'D' version @ 80W/array and I'm grateful that this has a dimmer function. The C's are going to bright as phuck and could create some hotspots-it's up to you on how much intensity you can handle.

It’s for a 2.5’ x 5’ area. Do you still think it will be too bright or with how wide it is, should I be ok?
