Looking for help with a plant problem.

I know that this should be put in the plant problem section but I know that there is some very reliable people in the organic section and that is how I'm growing. Here is my soil mix so that you know what I am starting with. Home compost, EWC, Leaf Compost, Fish Meal ,Fish Bone Meal, Neem seed meal, Oyster Shell Flour ,Gypsum, Kelp Meal, Alfalfa Meal, Azomite, Greensand,
15% peat moss,
35% aeration
50% composted organic matter. I use tap water bubbled for a day or two with a ph around 8. I don't ph my water at all. I water a gal at a time about every other day. The pots are 7 gal air pots. I gave them a top dressing of the left over soil I had and then gave them a watering of compost tea. MY room is as follows: 3.5x3.5 400 watt of led cobs. Room temp is around 75 with plenty of air flow. I don't know what the RH is but I would bet around 50-65%. Here are some pictures of the leaves I took off and they are from 1 plant but I think that it is starting on another.

Any Help would be appreciated

Thanks

Did you allow time for all that stuff you added to cook down? Usually it will take at least 30 days of sitting for a typical mix to be ready to use. This is to balance out the ph which can drop while the organic materials decompose.
Chlorinated tap water will eventually kill off the microherd if not filtered or leached off. Most municipal tap water suppliers now use chloramine which cannot be bubbled off. Not saying that's your problem it's just that this looks like an absorption issue which could be related to using chlorinated water. I suggest collecting rain water which is the best source you can use IMO. Rain has microbial life and macros in it already; it's great to use as is. I currently use water reclaimed from a dehumidifier myself which is much like using distilled or RO water as it requires a low dose of organic cal mag. Plants that are past week 7 of bloom get nothing but straight water.

The plants are 5 weeks into flower. The soil cooked for 5 to 6 weeks before I used it. My water company does not use chloramine. I could use rain water since I collect it for my garden. I wouldn't think that bubbling water from the tap for 48 hours or even longer would make it go bad.

Naw you can store water inside for a pretty long while without it going anaerobic especially if it's bubbled the whole time. It might help to see a pic of the whole plant. Looks like it's only yellowing at the tips and the rest looks a fairly deep green. Are these leaves from the bottom of the plant? Do the tops look better? Usually by mid to late flowering phase I get a few lower leaves that yellow up but that's normal as they are under heavy canopy by then. 5 weeks into flowering is maybe a little early for this but it is normal when the leaves are starving for light. Usually by week 8 or 9 I've got fully yellow fans falling off everywhere.
