Hello Everyone,

I recently had a situation with the company who built my Vero29 12 Cob Array -- It's a one person business and I am not going to say his name yet to see if he is going to be an adult and respond to my emails.

I finally received my array in but knowing now how much this guy lied to me, I am a bit worried that he might have built it differently then he said etc...
I want to get a meter as he does all his own videos online of the PAR reading for chips etc... so I can check them vs his video and see if I got what i paid for.

Any help in a quality device that isn't going to cost a ton as I wont' be using it a lot.
Thank you very much!!!!
Wish the world only had nice and honest people :(

Hydrofarm has a decently priced one that I've seen but just be aware they also have a lux meter and you will find many cheap Liz meters. Par meters are far more expensive most being in the few hundred dollar range. I've seen the hydrofarm meter on amazon for under 150.00 and that's the best price I've seen on a unit that's reputable.

I was only going to be using it once a but I may actually start building a couple of my own lights and some for some friends if all goes well so I'll probably grab this one!
Thanks man

I do not understand why measuring PAR would be necessary to check how they were built. Is is not apparent the CoBs are Vero 29s?
They are labeled and he had tested PAR before sending my light and gave me measurements - I trusted him at time of build so should be fine but he went bipolar and stopped answering me and then lying to me and finally just shipped it stopped talking to me until i threatened to leave an honest review about his service then he replied and haven't heard from him since so just worried if that is the type of guy he is that he may of not been honest - i spent 1700 so i want to make sure.
