I wanted to grow indoors with regular strains but I have no where near the cost of an efficient hydro setup. I was wondering if the autoflowering strains were able to produce bud efficiently and with good quality, under a 400 HPS or CFL idk what to get since i've only grown outdoors. But without a light tight room, temps around 70 consistently and a lot of movement in and out of the room, since I play computer games in here there will be movement all day and sometimes entire nights.
