Looking for the highest quality gear

The site is still up, but there is no inventory, so it basically no longer works.

What I can clarify is that I am as yet unaware of any tattling specifically. And am NOT accusin anyone of it !

But I have 2 strikes already and a 3rd means no parole, last thing I need is life in prison over seeds and selling/mailing them is still illegal
That sucks, me and you aren't really friends but I don't like people snitching on others, you ever think about using a seedbank to sell your gear? They take all the risk with the website and whatnot and you just send them seeds in the mail. Anyways good luck.

Save your coin, think outside the realm of cannabis and more in the lines of horticulture in general. Two companies you'll see actual farmers/nurseries using is Jacks and Dyna Grow. I used to chase canna products but took some advice from uncle Ben and rm3 about 5 years ago about the nutes and haven't looked back since! Better quality, better everything, and the stuff is dirt cheap compared to canna products.

It def helps to look at everything about growing in this way! Every element, think big picture!
If you looking for the cheapest highest quality nutrients you should throw general hydroponic maxibloom series in with those, its sooooo cheap and works great, reminds me of jacks classic.

Thanks ! I did look at it but seems there are a lot that screw the breeder, at least every breeder I know has a story to that effect. Why I couldn't take that chance

I use Jack's Citrus for veg and Aquagold for flower

I don't think they sell over the pond?

And feeding guides are yet another mistake as not all strains will respond the same and no two gardens are the same. Best to learn how to read a plants needs and then take care of em. I know easier said than done 8)
Nah they're not.. I like the idea of simpler nutes.. But well.

True that, Miracle Grow is lookin to get in on the green rush
Scotts Miracle-Gro Co. spent $136 million to buy a Dutch maker of hydroponics gardening lights.

It’s another big purchase in the industry with close ties to marijuana. Hydroponics, or growing without soil, also is a method to grow plants and vegetables.

The Marysville-based lawn and garden company has targeted pot and grow-your-own plants and vegetables as a major growth opportunity.

CEO Jim Hagedorn acknowledged the queasiness some in the hydroponics business might have about a large corporation becoming a market leader in the once-fractured market.

“Since we’re an outsider I know a lot of people will be watching to see how we behave,” he told analysts Wednesday. “This is a core business for us.”

Scotts subsidiary Hawthorne Gardening Co. spent the money to acquire a 75 percent stake in Gavita Holland BV, which has $100 million in annual sales. Gavita made the deal public in June, but Scotts disclosed the purchase price Wednesday.

Gavita said its management will remain in place and retain 25 percent ownership.

The purchase comes a year after Scotts (NYSE:SMG) spent about $130 million on California-based General Hydroponics Inc., which was the company’s biggest acquisition since a European expansion push in the 1990s.

Hawthorne, a recently created subsidiary based out of New York and run by Hagedorn’s son, Chris, this week signed a definitive agreement to purchase Botanicare, an Arizona-based manufacturer of plant nutrients and growing systems for hydroponic gardening. The purchase price has not yet been disclosed.

Scotts said Hawthorne soon will become its own reporting segment, separating it from Scotts’ three reporting segments of U.S. consumer, Europe consumer and other.

The $3.02 billion company expects annual sales for Hawthorne to reach $250 million after the acquisitions close. In November Scotts’ CFO expected Hawthorne to notch $100 million in annual sales for the fiscal year ending September.

Once the Botanicare deal closes the company will move away from significant mergers and acquisition activity, Hagedorn said.

Well well....

Gravita is certainly a good brand to aquire. What with them plasma lights.

I use miracle grow soluble powder nutrients for my grows (noob move) and i'm quite satisfied with the miracle grow brand overall.
\It's a useful soil/ foliage feeder. I use all purpose for veg, and flower for the same.

Hopefully oneday I can use a Gravita plasma light and miracle grow nutrients!

Mostly a lurker here. Spend more time at other sites. I've been trying to catch up on your (RM3) posts. I'm definately going to try some of your techniques. I wish i caught all of this earlier, as I would've loved to have tried the CTF. Best of luck to you.

There are ways to tell that you are too stoned and have too much time on your hands. Going back and reading a thread I started back in June last year I think would qualify as both. :-)

There have been a great deal of changes since this thread was started. Time has answered my initial question, and answered it way better than I could have thought. Since I started this thread I've sat in @RM3 's living room, experiencing his and his wife's generosity, smoking his strains, that he grew, his way. I have several of his strains in my garden that have made the cut of "keeper". I'm ready to be a commercial for his gear and unique style.

There is another lesson I learned related to this. And that is about finding seeds. For me I have found it's about having friends that I trust their judgement, then being quiet long enough to actually hear what is being said. If those friends talk about a boutique breeder doing something special, then I should start my search there. That's how I met @Dr.D81 and Rid both. Both of them are cranking out some quality seeds. Exactly the sort of thing I was looking for.

I've been wanting that CTF for a while now. I will be hitting up Jah Earth Collective as soon as i have the $ to spare. I have a 3 TPR's going and 3 Purple Creeks from Doc in early veg and a room full of Breeders Boutique flowering. RM3, Doc, Bigworm, and Bodhi are some of the breeders I plan on running in future cycles.

You could always try Sannies, he wouldn't screw you and other breeders release their seeds through him.
